It is our goal to provide the most comprehensive care to all of our patients. A majority of patients come to our office on a referral basis; we maintain a constant communication with the referring doctor about the progress of treatment. Please understand that the initial visit to our office is scheduled as a consultation. This enables us to do a complete review of your medical history and a brief evaluation of your dental needs. After the consultation you will return for a comprehensive work-up which will include an oral exam, periodontal assessment oral cancer screening, dental radiographs, diagnostic models, and a bite registration. A treatment plan will then be scheduled to discuss the treatment options for your individual case. Each individual’s treatment plan involves varying levels of care. It is important to note that the type of treatment determines the length and complexity of the case, and ultimately the length of time required for completion.

Take Highway 39 to the Bridge Street exit and proceed East off of the interstate to the first stoplight (about ¼ mile) turning South on N 17th Avenue. INSURANCE

Our office will submit insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. We will also submit claims to a secondary carrier. Patients are asked to remember that professional services are rendered to you, the patient, not to the insurance company. You remain responsible for any fees arising from services rendered. We recommend that you review your insurance policy and become familiar with its provisions. If you are a member of an insurance program that directly reimburses you, then you are responsible for your own account at the time of service.
